Meet Our Team

Director

Dan has been involved in real estate since his first job in high school working for an apartment building management company in North Jersey. From those humble beginnings, he went on to work in a multitude of other real estate trades-related capacities, soaking up any and all knowledge and experience he could get his hands on. His passion for creativity, real estate, and business savvy seemed to always converge on multifamily assets. It wasn't long before he started  buying properties himself and managing his own growing portfolio. It was at this point that he pledged his skills and talents to helping others facilitate their real estate investment goals. Dan currently resides in Newburgh, NY with his wife and two children. He is an aviation enthusiast and private pilot and dedicated to his family when he is not working.
